大有

14. Great possession

dàyǒu · Fire ☲ over Heaven ☰

Abundance and recognition — a time when your talents are finally visible.

The Noble One's Path

Fire high in the sky, visible from everywhere. But abundance isn't only a cause for joy — it's also an obligation to clearly tell good from bad, instead of looking the other way. This is righteousness (Yi) in practice.

The Lesson

Enjoy your success, but remember what made it possible. A large store means a large responsibility.

A question to sit with

How can I manage what I have so that it serves more than just me?
